Where are you based?
We are a family-run business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and all orders are produced in-house in the UK.
Are your items handmade?
All items are printed to order and hand-pressed in our UK studio.
Our sublimation products are produced fully in-house, and for certain garments, we use high-quality professional DTF transfers supplied by trusted UK partners.
Every item is carefully finished and quality-checked before dispatch.
Do you offer custom or personalised work?
Yes! Alongside our ready-to-print designs, we’re happy to create personalised pieces to suit your needs.
Whether it’s a name, message or fully bespoke design, just get in touch — we’d love to help create something truly special.
Can I see a preview before my personalised item is made?
Yes — for personalised orders, we will send a digital proof for approval before production begins. We only print once you’re happy with the design.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes — we regularly supply clubs, events, schools and businesses.
Please contact us with quantities and details, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.
How long does delivery take?
Most items are made to order and dispatched within 7 working days of receiving your order.
For customised or personalised items, production can take a little longer — typically up to 14 working days. This allows time for creating and approving digital proofs, as well as sourcing any additional stock required to complete your order.
If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can you match colours or logos exactly?
We always aim to match supplied artwork as closely as possible.
However, colours can appear slightly different on screens and materials, so minor variations may occur.
Are there any designs you can’t print?
We’re happy to print most designs, photos and logos that you have permission to use.
However, we can’t reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material (for example, brand logos, characters, or artwork you don’t own the rights to) unless you have written permission from the owner.
If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re always happy to check and suggest suitable alternatives where needed.
How should I care for printed clothing?
To keep your garment looking its best:
- Wash inside out at 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly over the design
Following these instructions helps the print stay vibrant for longer.
